Biography
Born in 1907 into a peasant family in the village of Irzhavets (today Chernihiv Oblast , Ukraine ). In 1923 he began his career at the Parafievka sugar factory. From 1927 he worked on the South-Western Railway. In 1930, the Komsomol voucher went to the construction of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Combine. From 1939 to 1941 he worked as a foreman at the state farms "Uvelsky" and "Troitsky", deputy director of the state farm "Karsinsky". Since 1944 - Senior Civil Engineer, Deputy Director of the Chelyabinsk Grain-Cross. From 1948 to 1972 - director of the state farm "Uisk" Uysky district. Using advanced methods of irrigation of agricultural crops, chemical treatment of fields, the state farm was one of the advanced agricultural enterprises of the Chelyabinsk region. In 1967, the farm "Uysky" was awarded the Order of Lenin.
In 1956 he graduated from the Rostov Agricultural College.
By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated March 22, 1966, he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Sickle and Hammer gold medal.
He was elected a delegate to the XXII and XXIV Congresses of the CPSU.
After retirement he lived in the village of Mirny, Uysky District, where he died in 1984.
