Biography

Born in 1905 , in the village of Big Antibes, in a poor family. Until 1920, was dependent on the mother, who worked for hire in the fists.

From 1920 to 1925 he worked with his mother in his poor peasant economy. In 1924 he joined the ranks of the Lenin Komsomol and was elected secretary of the rural Komsomol cell. In 1925, the district Komsomol committee sent to study in Tomsk rabfak.

In 1928 , after graduating from the Workers' Faculty, he entered the chemical faculty of the Tomsk Institute of Technology.

In 1932 , after graduation, sent to the Barnaul tannery. Until March 1936 he worked head. from March 1936 to March 1937 he was the assistant to the technical director of the sheepskin-fur coat factory, and then he was the director of this factory.

In October 1937, N. A. Smerdov was elected Acting Chairman of the Barnaul City Council and entered into the organizing committee of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee for the Altai Territory.

On December 24, 1939, the first elections were held to the Altai Regional Council of Workers' Deputies . Nikolay Andrianovich Smerdov was appointed the first chairman of the Altai Territory executive committee. [2]

In 1943 , N. A. Smerdov was transferred to the position of deputy chairman of the Kemerovo Regional Executive Committee, although he applied several times to the front.

In 1949, Nikolai Andrianovich went to study at the Higher Party School in Moscow. Smerdov also worked in the Ministry of Agriculture.

Then he left the capital. Until recent days, he worked as the head of the RTS in the city of Lebedyan, Lipetsk region. He died in 1958 . Buried in Lebedyan.
