The newspaper publishes articles on economics and politics. Falih Ryfky Atay ran the newspaper until his death in 1971, after which the newspaper passed under the control of Bedia Faik, who later sold it to Ihsan Altynel. In 1976, the newspaper was headed by Beihan Jankchi, and in 1979 the newspaper was transferred to Hürriyet . In 1981, Nezikh Demirkent acquired the newspaper. Currently, the newspaper is managed by his daughter - Didem Demirkent [3] .
