Fedorov, Mikhail Ivanovich

Born in Vologda in the family of a military man. Father - Ivan Fedorovich Fedorov (before the change of surname in 1958, Zadneulitsyn), colonel, deputy commander of the compound. Mother - Apollinaria Mikhailovna Fedorova (nee Strekalovskaya), chief engineer of the Office of industrial and technical equipment of the trust "Yugovostokelectromontazh".

In 1969, after participating in the Olympiads, Mikhail Fedorov entered a special boarding school of a physical and mathematical profile at Moscow State University (Kolmogorov boarding school), which he graduated in 1971. After graduating from a special boarding school in the same 1971, he passed exams at the Higher Red Banner KGB School under the Light of the USSR Ministers named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky , which he graduated in 1976. After he worked as an engineer at the Research Institute of Mathematics at Voronezh State University .

In 1979, he switched to Komsomol work and worked as an instructor in the Comintern district committee of the Komsomol of the city of Voronezh.

In 1980 he entered the Law Faculty of Voronezh State University and graduated from it in 1986.

In 1984, he was sent to work in the internal affairs bodies, where he served as deputy head of a medical detox, deputy commander of a police company, interrogator, investigator, inspector of the personnel department of the regional administration.

After retiring from the internal affairs bodies in 1989, he worked as a legal adviser in greenhouses.

In 1990 he entered the scenario faculty of the All-Union Institute of Cinematography named after S. A. Gerasimov, who graduated in 1996.

From 1994 to 1997, he worked as a legal adviser at the Voronezh branch of Uralvneshtogrbank. Since 1997, a member of the Voronezh Bar Association, head of the law office. He defended police officers in the Dolgorukovsky case, nun Maria accused of fraud, director of the Mikhailovsky Cadet Corps accused of negligence, etc.
