Biography
Born in 1905 in the village of Starye Botanichi, Vitebsk region. [one]
In 1923 he graduated from the school of peasant youth, went to the city of Simferopol, Crimean ASSR. He worked as an assistant chauffeur in the garages of the Crimean chauffeur artel, and as a tractor driver at the China State Farm.
In 1931 he graduated from the Crimean Agricultural College ( Kerch ). [2] At the end of the technical school, he worked as a senior agronomist of the Kurman MTS and Larindorf MTS. In 1937, Mr .. approved by the head of the grain department of the Crimean People's Commissariat, in 1938 - deputy head of the agricultural department of the Crimean regional committee of the CPSU (b) . Since September 1939 - Secretary of the Altai Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.). [1] In May 1940, he responded to the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks and until 1941 worked as an instructor in the agricultural department, in 1941 he was approved by the head of the land sector of the agricultural department of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks . In September 1943, he was elected third secretary of the Altai Territorial Committee of the CPSU (B.).
From December 1945 to July 1947 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Altai Regional Council of Workers' Deputies . [3]
March 1950 - January 1954 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kursk Regional Council . [2] From October 5 to October 14, 1952, he was a delegate to the 19th CPSU Congress with a decisive vote. [four]
Since March 14, 1954 - Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 4th convocation.
1954-1957 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Belgorod Regional Council . [2]
Since 1958, retired. [2]
Awards and titles
He was awarded the medal "For the Defense of Moscow" and "For Valiant Labor in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945."
