Biography
Since 1972, he worked as a rolling foreman at the Karaganda Metallurgical Plant, participated in the start-up of the 1700 cold rolling mill and in socialist competition.
In 1999-2004 - Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Majlis of the 2nd convocation.
Laureate of the USSR State Prize (1979).
Member of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR, delegate of the 26th Congress of the CPSU .
He was awarded the Order of Lenin and the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, as well as medals. [one]
