Rzabay Zholdinovich Khodabergenov (b. 9.5.1929, Alpaysay village, Aktobe region ) - labor veteran, deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR (1967-1985), USSR State Prize laureate (1971), honored inventor of the Kazakh SSR (1978).

He graduated from the M. I. Kalinin faculty of the Moscow Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals and Gold (1952). He began his career in Shimkent at a lead factory. In 1952-1964 He worked as a team leader, shift supervisor, workshop, plant and chief metallurgist. In 1964, the head of the technical management of the Council of National Economy of the South Kazakhstan region. Chief engineer of the Chimkent Lead Plant in 1965-1970, in 1970-1985. was the director of this factory.
Since 1989 - a pensioner. [one]
