Since 1976 - in teaching. He works at the Alma-Ata Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages . Since 1985 - Doctor of Philosophy, research topic "Social Creativity of the Masses under the Conditions of Developed Socialism". Since 1987 - professor. The author of 150 scientific, scientific, methodological and journalistic works.
