Origin
Lois was born February 1, 1969 in Newport , Rhode Island , in the family of a wealthy industrialist Carter Pyutershmidt . She was brought up in an atmosphere of parental indifference (in the series “ Let's Go to the Hop ”, Lois recalls how his father refused to buy the kidnapped daughter from the terrorists, because “he is not negotiating with the bandits”). As it turned out in the episode “ Family Goy ” (season eight), Lois’s mother is a Holocaust victim, and therefore Lois is Jewish by mother (Jews have nationality by mother). Lois is a German by her father and in the world (presumably at the end of her father's last name on Schmidt ).
Meet Peter and Family Life
Although Peter and Lois belonged to different social backgrounds, they met at the Country Club Hotel ( Peter, Peter, Caviar Eater Series), where Peter worked as a towel delivery man. Peter impressed Lois with his sincerity and cheerful character, so different from the cold stiffness of the young people of her circle. Although the father was categorically against their marriage (Carter offered Peter a million dollars in exchange for a promise not to see his daughter; he also simply stole Peter and tried to drown him in the ocean in Death Lives ), Lois and Peter got married. Perhaps the accidentally overheard conversation between Peter and Carter, in which the groom refused a large amount for her, played a major role for Lois in choosing a future husband. She appreciated the nobility and disinterestedness of her husband, who, alas, as it turned out later, are not characteristic of Peter. However, Lois sincerely, strongly and disinterestedly loves her husband throughout all the series, despite all his shortcomings. In almost every episode, Peter upsets or even infuriates Lois, but by the end of the episode they usually make peace.
Having married and settled with Peter in the town of Quahog (relatively close to her parents), Lois left her head in the care of her husband and children. She devotes all her time to homework and fixing those troubles that Peter loves to get into.
Relatives
In addition to the husband, children and parents of Lois, in some episodes, the audience presents her other relatives:
- Carol is a younger sister. She was married nine times, from her eighth marriage has a son. Lives in Quahog , and then in Texas . Featured in the episodes Emission Impossible and Boys Do Cry .
- Patrick is an older brother. Lois did not know anything about his fate for a long time until she found him in a psychiatric clinic in the episode " The Fat Guy Strangler ". He really hates fat people . Taking him on bail home, Lois soon repented of this, since he was trying to kill her husband . At the end of the episode, Patrick was returned to the hospital.
Professions
In her free time, Lois gives piano lessons (“ Wasted Talent ”). At the same time, she worked in separate episodes outside the home: a flight attendant ( Dammit Janet! ), A photo model, a prostitute to pay for Chris ( No Chris Left Behind ), the mayor ( It Takes a Village Idiot, and I Married One ), and a reporter ( FOX -y Lady ) and the operator on the telephone sex line ( Call Girl ). She was also a porn actress in the past ( And I'm Joyce Kinney ) and casts of celebrity body parts ( Brian the Bachelor ).
Character and habits
As a rule, Lois is balanced and calm. It serves as a counterbalance to Peter with his extravagant ideas and adventurous character. But at the same time, Lois makes it clear that she is not a “ blue stocking ” or conservative : she is fond of martial arts , demonstrates how to kiss girls, etc. It is quite possible that she is a secret alcoholic. In the shortest possible time, it reached obesity and anorexia. Lois also suffers from kleptomania in the episode Breaking Out Is Hard to Do and gambling in The Son Also Draws . In episodes of " Deep Throats " and " Prick Up Your Ears ", it is mentioned that Lois does not shy from drugs.
In the series “ A Very Special Family Guy Freakin 'Christmas ”, when the Griffins had nothing left for Christmas , she became completely furious and began to tear evil in people, but in the end she managed to calm her down and pump up drugs; Lois' fury can also be seen in the episode “ I Am Peter, Hear Me Roar ”. Thus, Lois is not always kind and reasonable.
In the first two seasons, Lois is shown as a sane and good-natured wife and mother, a cultured and intelligent man with a great outlook. In later seasons, Lois gradually becomes a typical housewife with little interest. It is noticeable that her relationship with older children has also deteriorated, since she practically does not deal with them. Especially evil and selfish Lois began to relate to Meg and Brian. If in the early episodes she tried to sort out the family troubles, now she does not care much about it.
Most of the series wears a green blouse, dark beige trousers and purple shoes.
Sexuality
Lois is pretty and sexy enough. In addition to Peter, who is madly in love with his wife and jealous of her, even to her own reflection in the mirror , other men have views of Lois too: Glenn Quagmire (in several episodes), Mr. Pinchley (Englishman, pub keeper, who framed Peter in “ One If by Clam” , Two If by Sea ") and others. It is known that in her youth she slept with the still unknown Gene Simmons from the group Kiss (her husband’s favorite group, Peter) (“ A Very Special Family Guy Freakin 'Christmas ”), as well as a college friend. In the Bill and Peter's Bogus Journey series, she slept with Bill Clinton . Secretly, Lois also loves Brian : in the episode " Brian in Love " he voiced her feelings for her, but they decided to remain friends, and in the series " Perfect Castaway " he still became her official husband when Peter was declared missing.
In several episodes appears in men's clothing .
Also, in the first episode of the Cleveland Show , Cleveland asks her and Bonnie Swanson to kiss, which both agree to with a little drink, and both enjoy it.
