Non-state actor ( Eng. Non-state actor ) - a person acting in the international arena, but not a state. After the Cold War, non-state actors become more important, pushing national states out of the international arena, which demonstrates the intensification of the globalization process. Sometimes non-state actors come into conflict with states, for example, in the struggle for human rights.
