Guy V or Guido V ( fr. Guy V ; d. March 29, 1229 in Avignon ) - Viscount Limoges (from 1199) from the Comborn family. The son of Ademar V and his wife Sarah Dunstenville.

In April 1199, together with his father, he brought homage to King Philip II Augustus .
In 1202, he opposed the English king John the Landless on the side of the Duke of Breton, Arthur, and was captured with him during the siege of Mirbo. Soon released.
In 1216, he conquered the Ex castle from the British (captured by them several years before), and restored its fortifications.
In March 2013, Philip II August declared the citizens of Limoges under royal protection, which limited the power of the count.
Guy V died on March 29, 1229 in Avignon and was buried in the abbey of Saint Martial.
He was married twice. The first wife - the daughter of Count Auvergne Robert IV , died in 1210. Their son Ademar died at a young age.
The second wife is Ermengard, from her - three children:
- Guy VI (d. 1263) - Viscount of Limoges;
- Margarita (d. September 9, 1259), husbands: 1) Count Arshambo II of Perigorsk ; 2) Viscount Emery VIII de Rocheshuar;
- Maria (d. 1255), the wife of Viscount Arshambo VII de Combore.
