History
It was founded in 1794 [3] . The farm belonged to the yurt of the village of Durnovskaya in the Khopersky District of the Land of the Don Don (since 1870 - the Don Don Region ). It was originally known as the Boldarev farm. Gradually, this name became obsolete and was replaced by Dolgov , which in turn later transformed into Dolgiy. According to the list of settlements in 1859, 174 men and 179 women lived on the Boldarev (Dolgiy) farm [4] .
Initially, farmers engaged in horse breeding . The ban on cultivation, the slow growth of the number of horses for a long time restrained the development of the farm. Only after the reform of 1861 did immigrants rush to Dolgii, mainly from the village of Durnovskaya [3] . According to the List of Populated Areas of the Region, the Don Army according to the census of 1873 at the Dolgov farm, aka Boldyrev, already had 409 men and 391 women [5]
In 1897, 444 men and 461 women lived at Dolgiy Farm, of whom 171 were literate men and 25 were women [6] . According to the alphabetical list of the populated areas of the Donskoy Voivodeship Region of 1915, the farm’s allotment was 3,588 acres , the Dolgovsky farm had a village government, a church, a parish school , 637 men and 615 women lived. The farm served the Dolzhansky post office [7] .
In 1921, the farm was included in the Tsaritsyn province . Since 1928 - as part of the Uryupinsky district of the Khopyorsky district (abolished in 1930) of the Lower Volga region . By a resolution of the Presidium of the Uryupinsky District Executive Committee of February 12, 1934, the Dolgovsky Village Council of the Uryupinsky District was annexed to the Novo-Annensky District (since 1934 - the Stalingrad Territory ) [8] , since 1936, the Stalingrad Region). It was again transferred to the Uryupinsky district on the basis of the decision of the Stalingrad Oblast Executive Committee of April 3, 1958 No. 8/183 § 52. Based on the decision of the Stalingrad Oblast Executive Committee of May 25, 1961 No. 10/246 § 35, the Dolgovsky Village Council was abolished, and its territory was transferred to Okladnensky Village Council [9]
