Lorentzen ( French Lorentzen ) - a commune in the north-east of France in the Grand Est region [1] (former Alsace - Champagne - Ardennes - Lorraine ), department of the Lower Rhine , Saverne district , canton of Ingwiller [2] . Until March 2015, the commune was administratively part of the abolished canton of Sar Union ( Saverne district).

Economics
In 2010, out of 138 people of working age (from 15 to 64 years old), 102 were economically active , 36 were inactive (activity indicator 73.9%, in 1999 - 68.7%). Of the 102 active able-bodied residents, 87 people worked (52 men and 35 women), 15 were unemployed (four men and 11 women).
