Anuar Kamzinovich Zhakupov (born September 15, 1928 , Sarykol district of Kostanay region ) is a Kazakhstani statesman. In 1949 he graduated from Akmola Railway College. In 1957 he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Railway Engineers.
