Biography
Born in the family of a poor peasant. He graduated from a rural school. I got it.
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1927 .
He was at the Komsomol work. In 1929 - 1930 - Secretary of the Rostov District Committee of the LKSMU of the Poltava District.
In 1930 - 1932 he was a student of the working faculty at the Kharkov Institute of Soviet Construction and Law.
Since 1932 - head of the agitation and propaganda department of the Novogeorgievsky district committee of the Communist Party (b) U, head of the organizational department of the Novogeorgievsky district committee of the Communist Party (b) U of the Kharkiv region. Then - the secretary of the Obolonsky district committee of the Communist Party (b) in the Kharkov region, the secretary of the Drabovsky district committee of the Communist Party (b) in the Kharkov (since 1937 - Poltava) region.
In 1938 - the 2nd Secretary of the Organizational Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (b) U in the Poltava region.
In May 1938, he was arrested by the NKVD. Repressed.
