In March 2013, after graduating from an Olympic reserve school, she moved to Krasnoyarsk and started training: she began to receive calls from the Yenisei-STM club and from the club's coach Maxim Zaltsman. May 1, 2013 became a player of the Krasnoyarsk team [4] .

As part of the Russian team, she won the European Rugby 7 Championship four times: in 2014, Alena played both stages without substitutions and won her first European β€œgold” [4] . Due to an injury, she did not play at the Dublin qualifying tournament for the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, in which the Russian team failed, losing a decisive match to the Spaniards.
