Manor E.F. Filitz is a beautiful mansion in the historical center of Yekaterinburg , a monument of architecture, located at the address: 187 Mamina-Sibiryaka Street.

Content
History
The mansion was built around 1896 by order of Emma Fyodorovna (Ferdinandovna) Filitz. The author of the project is architect Julius Osipovich Dutel [1] .
Architecture
The house is asymmetrical and has a pronounced angular accent. Inside, part of the original decor and stucco has been preserved, however, the house was redeveloped in the house in Soviet times. The main facade overlooks Engels Street, where the main entrance, decorated with a high stone porch with staircases on two sides, has been preserved [1] .
Monument
By decision of the Sverdlovsk Oblast Executive Committee No. 75 of 02/18/1991, the building was put on state guard as a monument of urban planning and architecture of regional significance [2] .
