History
The manor where the mansion was built belonged to the Ravich-Dumitrashko family. [1] Then, at the beginning of the 20th century, the estate became the property of Aria-Gershk Simkhovich Liberman. He rented the first floor to Elena Nikolaevna Benois, the widow of a major general. At one time, there were security commandant's offices of the Kiev Tribunal (1922-1923), the headquarters of the 45th Volyn Division (1925-1935). After that, Ivan Semenovich Senin lived here. Now it houses the permanent commissions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine . [2]
The mansion dates from the end of the 1890s, [3] because it has a facade facing Olginskaya Street, which was laid at the end of the 19th century. This is a two-story brick house with asymmetric facades. The north (front) facade faces Institutskaya street, the side - to Olginskaya. On the left side, the northern facade is decorated with risalit, on the right - a semicircular rotunda. The house was built as a semi-detached. [4] Joint portal for front doors. There is a third entrance on the western facade.
Facades - with elements of the Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Baroque. [3] Interior decoration remained - rusticated walls, forged fences, stucco molding (ceiling, cornices, sockets). [four]
