Biography
Born in Rzhev, Tver province . Pupil of the Tver Theological Seminary (1875) and the St. Petersburg Theological Academy (1897).
He taught history in the Tver Theological Seminary and other educational institutions of the city. Since 1886 a member of the Tver Scientific Archival Commission , since 1896 its deputy chairman, custodian of the Tver Museum .
Since 1898, Chairman of the Council of the Tver Society of Fans of Archeology, History, Natural Science. [1] .
Major Works
Author of about 20 papers on the history of the Tver region.
