Biography
The son of a Lebanese and representative of the people bull .
Studied at Albert Academy in Freetown .
He graduated in the UK , and later trained in the field of commercial radio and television in the United States .
In 1960, Akar became the first necreol and the first representative of the people to bull , appointed director of the broadcasting service of Sierra Leone (SLBS).
He served as ambassador of Sierra Leone to the United States .
Creativity
His first play, “Valley without an Echo,” was widely recognized at home. The play "Cry of Tomb" (1961) was staged by the troupe "Artists of Sierra Leone." In 1963 he formed a national dance troupe, in the program of which, in addition to dances, there were also dramatic scenes. In 1964, he and the National Dance Troupe were invited to the United States to perform at the World Fair in New York, where they were awarded the Best Performance Award. [one]
