Biography
Orthodox, a peasant in the village of Ostromechi, Podoleska volost, Kobrin district .
He graduated from the Podolessky National School . He was engaged in agriculture (11 tithes of allotment and 4 tithes of his own land). In 1908, he bought a farm in 13 acres from the estate of Plyant , which was owned by the Peasant Land Bank . He served as the superintendent of the public bakery store (1899-1902), the volost judge (1902-1904), the volost foreman (1904-1910) and, finally, since 1910 - the chairman of the Podolesky volost court . In 1911, he was awarded a silver medal with the inscription "for diligence."
In 1912 he was elected to the IV State Duma from the Grodno province by a congress of commissioners from volosts. He was a member of the faction of Russian nationalists and the moderate right, after its split in August 1915 - into the group of supporters of P.N. He was a member of the commissions: food, on trade and industry, on judicial reforms, as well as on religious issues.
During the First World War, he was an authorized representative of the 30th sanitary-nutritional unit of the All - Russian National Union (since February 1915). In March 1917 he was in Petrograd. The further fate is unknown. He was married, had three children.
