Biography
A peasant in the village of Dmukhaylovskoye, Novomoskovsk district, Yekaterinoslav province. Primary education. He served as a volost clerk. He was arrested, spent three months in prison, and as a result was sent to the Arkhangelsk province. Engaged in farming on an allotment of 2 tithes.
On February 6, 1907 he was elected to the State Duma of the second convocation by the Yekaterinoslav Provincial Electoral Assembly from the congress of commissioners from volosts. He joined the Labor Group and the faction of the Peasant Union .
After the dispersal of the 2nd State Duma, Nosik was arrested and administratively exiled to the Arkhangelsk province for 5 years.
It is known that in March 1917 a soldier of the reserve infantry regiment.
Details of further fate and date of death are unknown.
