Story
Grandmother - Alexandra Nikolaevna - comes to the Chechen Republic to visit her grandson officer. She lives in a military town, communicates with soldiers, walks around the markets, and talks with local residents. Before it reveals the life of military life from within: the absence of women, unconditional acceptance of existing conditions for granted, emotional inexpressiveness. This world is infinitely alien in comparison with everything that it had to face before, and the person in it is in such circumstances when it is most difficult to remain human.
