Nedelko Parezanovich ( Serb. Nedeko Parezanovi , born August 25, 1932 in Ivanitsa) is a Serbian mathematician and computer scientist, professor at the University of Belgrade and a well-known head of the Department of Computer Science and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade.

Biography
He graduated from elementary school in Ivanitsa and secondary school in Belgrade. He graduated in 1957 from the Faculty of Natural Mathematics of the University of Belgrade, a group of mechanics. He defended his doctoral dissertation in 1961 under the guidance of Professor Tadia Peyovich . In 1950-1957 he worked in the studio of Belgrade Radio , and after graduating from the university he transferred to the Military Technical Institute of the Yugoslav People's Army in Belgrade. In 1959 he transferred to the Vinca Institute of Nuclear Sciences , and in 1961 to the Mikhail Pupin Institute .
Parezanovich began his teaching career at the University of Nis at the Faculty of Electronics with the rank of Associate Professor, and in 1972 he transferred to the Faculty of Natural Mathematics of the University of Belgrade. He received the title of professor in 1980 and before his retirement in 1997 he worked at the University of Belgrade. His working experience was 46 years, of which 40 in the field of computer technology. He led the computing center of the Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts in Belgrade, and headed the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering of the Faculty of Natural Mathematics of the University of Belgrade since its inception. Author of textbooks “Fortran IV Programming Language” and “Fundamentals of Computing Systems”. He was the supervisor of the writing of a number of doctoral dissertations: Voislav Stojkovich (1991), Gordana Pavlovich-Lazhetich (1988), Ivan Obradovich (1991), Dushko Vitas (1993), Tsvetana Krstev (1997), Sanya Petrovich (1997) and a lot others. Parezanovich was also the editor and reviewer of the Dictionary of Computing , translated from English, published in 1990 in Belgrade.
Nedelko Parezanovich participated in the development of home computers: HRS-100 Cosmos at the Mikhail Pupin Institute in Belgrade in collaboration with the Moscow Institute of Automation and Telemechanics (in the USSR this computer is known as GVS-100), CER-11 and CER-30 at the Mikhail Institute Pupina, TRS 501 and TRS 511 for the needs of the Zagreb Computer Plant.
