Konstantin Mikhailovich Gorobtsov (born August 22, 1979 , Moscow ) [1] - a Russian politician and official, the Mayor of the city of Kaluga (in 2015-2018).

Biography
In 2003 he graduated from the Russian University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism , in 2009 - from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (Faculty of Jurisprudence) [1] [2] . He improved his skills in “Management of state and municipal orders” (Moscow City University of Management of the Government of Moscow, 2010) and “Program-targeted method in budget planning and forecasting. Municipal programs ”( Higher School of Economics , 2015) [2] .
Since 2004, he worked in the prefecture of the Western administrative district of Moscow (consultant of the Social Development Department, head of the district service for the organization of physical culture and sports work with the population [3] ), since 2008 - deputy head, since December 20, 2012 - head of the Moscow district administration Solntsevo [ 4] [5] . On February 6, 2014, he was appointed First Deputy Mayor of Kaluga - Head of the Department of Municipal Economy [1] [2] .
From April 23, 2015 - acting [1] , from November 11, 2015 - the Mayor of the city of Kaluga (with powers until 2020) [2] [6] .
On March 27, 2018, he resigned from the Mayor of Kaluga in connection with the transfer to the post of Deputy Governor of the Kaluga Region [7] .
