Orange milkweed ( lat. Lactárius pornínsis ) is a mushroom of the genus Miller ( lat. Lactarius ) of the Russula family ( lat. Russulaceae ). Inedible; some authors referred to as slightly poisonous.

Description
- Hat ∅ 3-8 cm, initially convex, then becomes depressed to a funnel. The skin is orange in color, smooth and sticky in wet weather.
- The plates are very frequent and not wide, slightly descending along the leg.
- Yellow spore powder .
- Leg 3-6 cm tall, ∅ 0.8-1.5 cm, cylindrical, slightly narrowed at the base, first solid, then hollow, the same color as the hat, but lighter.
- The pulp is dense, fibrous, has the smell of an orange peel.
- Milky juice is thick, clammy, white, caustic, does not change color in the air.
Variability
The records are first white, then fawn with an orange tint.
Ecology and distribution
It occurs in larch forests, forms mycorrhiza with larch , in small groups.
Season : Summer - Autumn.
