Elena Anatolyevna Mazur (born January 23, 1960 , Beloye , Lutuginsky district , Lugansk region ) is a Ukrainian politician, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 3rd convocation from the Socialist Party of Ukraine . Deputy Director of a separate structural unit of the National Aviation University "Center for Scientific Initiatives", chairman of the All-Ukrainian public association "For Ukraine, Belarus, Russia."

Higher education was received at the Lugansk Engineering Institute , specializing in engineer-economist, graduating in 1986 . After graduation, she worked as a software engineer at a computer center at a higher educational institution. Later she took the same position in the Lugansk State Experimental Orthopedic and Orthopedic Enterprise.
She began sociopolitical activity as a leading specialist of the Lugansk regional center of social services for youth. Since 1991 - a member of the political executive committee of the All-Union organization "Unity for Leninism and Communist Ideals", was the chairman of the Lugansk Regional Organization. Since 1993, she was a member of the coordinating council of the Union of Women Workers "For the Future of Children of Ukraine", chairman of the Lugansk Regional Organization. The same year she became a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine . Since 1996 - Chairman of the Lugansk Regional Organization of PSPU .
From March 1998 to April 2002 - People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 3rd convocation , elected at the Single-mandate constituency No. 212.
