Member of the Communist Party (since 1971), former People's Deputy of Ukraine.
Born September 3, 1944 (village Radivonovka, Akimovsky district, Zaporizhia region); Russian; mother Dremin Evdokia Vasilievna (1920-1968) - a nurse; Anokhin's wife Valentina Konstantinovna (1947-1999) - a railway worker; son Andrey - gas and electric welder, Simferopol; Svetlana's daughter - the seller of the store, Simferopol; son Eugene - gas and electric welder, Simferopol; daughters Tatyana and Olga.
Education: Melitopol Railway School No. 1 (1961-1963); Dnepropetrovsk Road Technical School of Machinists (1971-1972).
People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 3rd convocation on 03.1998-04.2002 from the Communist Party of Ukraine, No. 37 on the list. At the time of the election: the driver of the locomotive depot at the station of Simferopol, Dnieper Railway (Simferopol), a member of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
