Biography
Born on July 15, 1966 in the city of Guryev ( Atyrau ), the Kazakh USSR. Kazakh He graduated from the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas .
From 1998 to 2002, he was a representative of the NOC Kazakhoil at Atyrau Refinery OJSC (Atyrau Refinery).
From 2002 to 2003, he worked as an inspector under the president of OAO ANPZ.
From 2003 to 2004 - Deputy General Director of JSC TD KazMunayGas .
From April to July 2004 - Commercial Director of OJSC ANPZ.
From 2004 to 2012 - General Director of Atyrau Refinery LLP [1] .
From 2012 to 2014 - General Director of Batumi Industrial Holdings Ltd. [2] (100% subsidiary of KazTransOil JSC, in turn, being the 100th subsidiary of KMG), which includes the Batumi oil terminal and the Batumi sea port.
In 2015–2016 - Director General of the Moldavian Metallurgical Plant (MMP) [3] .
