Shubarshi rural district ( Kaz. Shұbarshi auyldyқ okrug_ ) is an administrative unit of the Temir district of Aktobe region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center and the only settlement is the village of Shubarshi .

The population is 3,736 people ( 2009 ; 3,590 in 1999 ).
History
In 2011, the Kenkiyak village and an area of 295.32 km² were allocated from the village administration with the aim of forming a new Kenkiyatsky rural district, while a territory of 13.8 km² was transferred to the village administration from the Sarkol rural district , in accordance with the decision of the maslikhat of Aktobe oblast October 12, 2011 No. 414 and the resolution of the Akimat of the Aktobe region dated October 12, 2011 [2] .
In 2013, the village administration received the status of a rural district according to the decision of the maslikhat of the Aktobe region dated June 27, 2013 No. 132 and the resolution of the akimat of the Aktobe region dated June 27, 2013 No. 197 [3] .
