Tarabarov, Sergey Dmitrievich

Born July 24, 1955 .

Sergey Tarabarov began to collect a collection of works of naive art, in which there are now more than 400 works, in 1988 ^[3] .

In 1998, Sergei Tarabarov was the only Moscow gallery owner who agreed to implement in his gallery “Dar” an art project by artists Yu. Shabelnikov and Yu. Fesenko “Mausoleum: a ritual model” ^{[4] [5]} .

In 2003, he created the Public Foundation for Naive Art “Tarabarov Island” ^{[2] [6]} .
