Biography
Born in 1928 in the Kungursky district of the Perm region.
From an early age she worked in a field crew, then - in various jobs in animal husbandry . Since 1962, Zoya Aleksandrovna worked as a milkmaid at the Kosobanovskaya dairy farm of the Lenin collective farm in the Kungursky district. She studied with senior friends at work, studied at the collective farm school of livestock breeders. Over the next ten years, Pankova became a master of her craft. The first-calf group she started working with soon became the best on the farm. In 1971, the milkmaid received 3812 kilograms of milk from each feed cow, the next year - 4180 kg , and in 1973 - almost four and a half tons of milk.
From 1976 until her retirement, Z. A. Pankova was in charge of the farm. She lived in the village of Kosobanovo, Kungursky District, Perm Territory. Died [1] .

Rewards
- By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of September 6, 1973, Pankova Zoya Alexandrovna was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle Medal. [3]
- She was also awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor and medals, including the bronze medal of VDNKh USSR (1971).
