In 1456, Giorgio Lodron and Pietro Lodron conquered several castles in Castelbarco, including Nogaredo. Until 1703, Nogaredo remained the center of the possessions of Lodron.
During the witch hunt in the 17th and 18th centuries, several local peasant women were burned here, the trial of which was held in the Palace of Palazzo-Lodron. To commemorate this, in the 20th century, a celebration was held in honor of women “Kalendimaggio di Nogaredo.
