Lazar Mikhailovich Yudin ( August 25, 1907 - March 24, 1981 , Kiev ) - Ukrainian Soviet film director and screenwriter.

He graduated from film courses at VUFKU in Odessa ( 1929 ) and worked at the Odessa film studio ( 1937 - 1941 ) as a screenwriter for children's films: Budyonnovtsy ( 1935 ), Conduit and Goalkeeper ( 1936 ), etc.
Since 1944 - Director of the Kiev Documentary Film Studio.
