Tomarsky rural district is an administrative-territorial unit ( rural district ) as part of the Karkaraly district of the Karaganda region of Kazakhstan .

The administrative center and the only village in the rural district is the village of Tomar .
History
In 2008, the village of Tokyldak, whose population was less than 50 people, became part of the village of Tomar [1] .
Population
The population of 1200 people, of which 98% are Kazakhs, 2% other nationalities .
