Biography

Born on January 30, 1944 in the city of Svobodny (then the Khabarovsk Territory , now it is the Amur Region , Russia ).

In 1972 he graduated from the Odessa Civil Engineering Institute , majoring in civil engineering .

Member of the Vinnitsa Regional Council of the 3rd, 4th and 5th convocations.

From November 1999 to 2002 - Chairman of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration.

From April 2002 to April 2006 - Chairman of the Vinnitsa Regional Council, Deputy Representative of Ukraine on the Institutional Committee of the Congress of the Council of Europe .

President of the Association of Enterprises "Vinnitsateeploenergo"
