Biography
Bukhara Jew . Born in Bukhara, lived there until 1954.
He graduated from school number 17 in Tashkent (1956) and the physics department of Moscow State University (1963, he entered the second time).
In 1963-1992 - engineer at the Laboratory of Nuclear Physics (1963-1964), assistant (1964-1965), senior lecturer (1968), associate professor (1969), since 1991 professor at the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute. In 1965-1968 - graduate student of the Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology.
In 1969 he defended his Ph.D. thesis (NIIYaF Moscow State University), 1989 - doctoral dissertation (topic - “Statistical and transition charge densities and multipole form factors of collective states of even-even nuclei 1S-1P and 1D-2S-shells”; Department of Nuclear Physics, Leningrad State University).
Since September 1992, lives in the United States. He taught at Mesa Community College, Paradise Valley Community College (Arizona), Loyola University (Chicago), Northeastern Illinois University (Illinois). Since 2012, lives in Arizona and works at Phoenix College.
Author of articles in the journals “Physical Review” (USA), “FEBS Letters”, “Nuclear Physics”, “Physics Letters”, “Cellular Signalling” (Netherlands), “International Journal of Modern Physics” (Singapore), “Nuclear Physics” (Russia) and others.
