Ivan Sergeevich Krutkov (b. July 1, 1930 , the village of Pervosovetskoye , Zelenovsky district ) —the foreman of the Perm farm in the Zelenovsky district of the Ural region, the Kazakh SSR. Hero of Socialist Labor (1966).

Born in 1930 in a peasant family in the village of Pervosovetskoye, Zelenovsky District, Ural District (now West Kazakhstan Region . He graduated from the College of Agricultural Mechanization in 1947. Since 1955 he was a tractor driver and since 1958 he was the foreman of the tractor and field breeding farm Perm Perm Zelenovsky district.
The team of Ivan Krutkov annually exceeded the production plan. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of June 23, 1966, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle Medal for increasing production and harvesting of grain, fodder crops and high-performance use of agricultural machinery.
Later he lived in Ukraine, in the city of Cherkasy .
