Mokhnatkin (also Mokhnatkina Pakhta ) is a cape on the southeastern shore of the Kola Bay of the Barents Sea . It is located in the middle of the bay, in the northern part of Murmansk , opposite the village of Belokamenka , west of the Roslyakova Bay .

The cape has been known since the beginning of the 17th century as the location of the salmon tony of the “Ulyanin Kuzemki Mokhnatkin”. On the cape in the first half of the XX century there was a Finnish colony Mokhnatkino . At present, the Rosneft company’s Mokhnatkina Pakhta oil transshipment base is located on the cape.
