Biography
Born March 18, 1942 in the village. Foti-Sala of the Kuibyshev district of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Crimean Tatar [1] .
In the Uzbek SSR
Since 1958 he worked as a carpenter in Samarkand, Uzbek SSR.
In 1964-1965 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR in Ashgabat .
In 1965-1977 he worked as a foreman, foreman, chief engineer, head of department, managing construction trusts in Samarkand. In 1977-1987, he was the chief engineer of the Uztranspetsstroy association in Tashkent , and the head of Tashkent construction associations. In 1987-1990 - Deputy Chairman of the Tashkent Regional Agro-Industrial Committee.
Crimean politician
In 1990-1993 - Chairman of the Committee on Deported Peoples, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea .
In 1993-1998, he was the head of the Crimea-Ros company.
In 1998-2002 - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the government of Sergey Kunitsyn .
Member of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (1998-2002, 2002-2006), Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (2010-2014).
He was a member of the Crimean Republican Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine , later moved to the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko (BYuT), was elected deputy of the Yalta City Council from BYuT [2] [3] .
In 2007, he sided with the Party of Regions , criticized President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko and his entourage, accusing them of “profitable to keep the situation in Crimea tense, thereby inciting discord between Crimean Tatars and Slavs” [4] . He also criticized the activities of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people , from which Mustafa Dzhemilev and Refat Chubarov nominated for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the list of the Our Ukraine - People’s Self-Defense (NU-NS) bloc, expressed support for partnership with Russia and against NATO [4] . Bezaziev and another former deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Oedipus Gafarov (formerly heading the Crimean Tatar Bloc alternative to the Mejlis) called for support for the Party of Regions in parliamentary elections [4] .
In 2013-2014 - Chairman of the Council of Representatives of the Crimean Tatar People under the President of Ukraine . After the opposition to the Mejlis Bezaziev and Vasvi Abduraimov were introduced into the Council, representatives of the Mejlis ceased their participation in this body [5] . The Council of Representatives of the Crimean Tatar People as an advisory body was created in the 1990s under Leonid Kuchma to partially legitimize the Mejlis, its members were representatives of the Mejlis. Viktor Yanukovych, who came to power in 2010, tried to dilute the composition of the Council with opposition to the Majlis by Crimean Tatar leaders, ensuring that the representatives of the Majlis remained in the minority [6] .

Bezaziev chaired the first meeting of the State Council in September 2014 - as the oldest deputy in age [8] .
The Ukrainian prosecutor’s office of the ARC is suspected of high treason, and therefore put on the wanted list [9] .
