Biography
In 1989 he graduated from the I.Franko Lviv State University, Faculty of Physics.
After serving in the army, from 1987 to 1988, he worked as a driver of the Rogatinsky ATP 12640.
From 1990 to 1992 - Leading Specialist of the Center for Microelectronics, Ulyanovsk .
From 1992 to 1993 - Advisor to the Director for Economic Affairs of the MP "Korona", Lviv .
From 1993 to 1995 - Advisor on economic issues of MP “Sapphire”, Rogatin, Ivano-Frankivsk region .
From 1995 to 1997 - President of industrial and industrial corporation "Tehnoinvestcenter."
From 1997 to 1998 - President of the Techno-Center Industrial and Production Corporation.
In 1998, he was elected a people's deputy of Ukraine of the 3rd convocation in the majority district. At first he was a member of the NDP faction, then he became a member of the “Revival of the Regions” group, from 1999 to 2001 . - Member of the faction of the Ukrainian People's Party (UNP) .
