In the literary composition “From the pages that captive darkness” included works by A. Olesya , L. M. Staritskaya-Chernyakhovskaya , E. P. Pluzhnik , P. G. Tychiny , M. Volnovy , I. P. Bagryany , M. D Rudenko , V.S. Stus .

A significant place in the works of Pavel Fedorovich was occupied by the poetry of T. Shevchenko. The 1984 program “We are not evil with you” was banned by official bodies as “socially harmful” (the program includes works “The Caucasus”, “The Message ...”, “The Dug Grave” and others). On the 175th anniversary of T. Shevchenko, Pavel Gromovenko prepared the program “And I do not care ...”. In his interpretation, the poet appeared as a man of broad erudition, a European intellectual who devoted his life, thoughts and talent to his people. The epigraph of Gromovenko’s one-man show was lines from P. N. Gornyak’s “Works of Shevchenko are anger, not a zhura!”.
