Biography
In 1941, he graduated from an art factory in Dushanbe, in 1951 - the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography named after A. Ostrovsky [4] [1] [2] [5] [6] [3] . In 1954 he graduated from the Higher Party School at the Central Committee of the CPSU in Moscow.

His wife, Kadamshoev Nodiramo (born 1922), worked as a speaker for Khorog Radio and a proofreader for the regional newspaper Badakhshoni Soveti.

Shevchenko (1972), worked as an associate professor at the Tajik State Institute of Arts named after M.
