Fadeev, Anatoly Nikolaevich

Born in the city of Vereshchagino of the Perm (at that time - Ural ) region in the family of a railway worker. In 1946-1951 he studied at the historical department of the historical and philological faculty of Molotov (Perm) University , where he graduated with honors.

In 1951-1954 - graduate studies at the Department of History of the CPSU. In 1954 he defended his dissertation “The Struggle of the Perm Provincial Party Organization for the Introduction and Development of Socialist and Communist Forms of Labor (July 1919 - March 1921),” and in 1972, his doctoral dissertation “Leadership of Party Organizations of the Urals by the Movement for a Communist Attitude to Work ( 1958-1965). ” In 1976 he was awarded the academic title of professor .

Worked at Perm University since 1954: teacher, senior lecturer, associate professor (since 1959) of the Department of History of the CPSU; one of the founders, and since 1964 - the head of the department of scientific communism (since 1990 - sociology and political science, since 2015 - the department of sociology of the Philosophical and Sociological Faculty of PSNIU ^[1] ), its permanent leader until the end of his life. In 1994, he was elected a full member of the Academy of Humanities.

Son Nikolay (1961–2014) - candidate of historical sciences, head of the sector - head of the Ural branch of the VTsIOM (1988–1992), head of the Department of Economics and Investments of the Perm Administration (1998–2001), chief federal inspector for the Perm Region and Komi-Permyak Autonomous Okrug (2002-2005), Head of the Department of Rosprirodnadzor for the Central Federal District, Deputy Head of Rostekhnadzor (2008-2012) ^{[2] [3] [4]} .

He made a great contribution to the study of the history of the Urals ^[5] .

One of the leaders of the Ural scientific school on the problems of social activity of workers, the organization of labor competition in industrial enterprises, the theory and practice of labor collectives. Under his direct supervision, the university’s public departments (by 1966) actively participated in conducting comprehensive sociological studies of the vital problems of the life of production teams and society.

In 1984, the Ministry of Higher Education of the RSFSR, on the basis of the department under the leadership of A. N. Fadeev, created the Problem Council “The labor collective in the conditions of improving socialist society”, which coordinated the research of the collectives of twenty universities of the Russian Federation and nine universities under the program of the Ministry of Higher Education of the RSFSR “Socio-economic problems” accelerating scientific and technological progress. "

Since 1989 - scientific director of the state budget sociological laboratory on the problems of the labor collective. In 1991, he was the head of the section “The labor collective and ways of its development in the new conditions” of the republican comprehensive research program for 1991-1995, “Peoples of Russia: revival and development.”

Member of the Problem Council of the State Committee of the RSFSR for Science and Higher Education “CPSU and Scientific and Technical Progress”, member of the Head Council for Social and Political Sciences of the State Committee of the RSFSR for Science and Higher Education, deputy chairman of the specialized council for the defense of candidate dissertations at Perm University . Under his leadership, prepared and defended 6 master's theses.

The author of more than 100 scientific papers, including four monographs. He made a noticeable contribution to the development of the history of the Urals in the 20th century: a member of the editorial board and the author of several sections of the second volume, “History of the Urals,” the author of the monograph “Leadership of Party Organizations of the Urals by the Movement for a Communist Attitude towards Labor”, scientific editor and introductory articles of two collections of documents on Perm party organization, author of several brochures on the problems of labor activity and subbotniks in the Urals .

He was repeatedly a member of the university party committee, worked as deputy secretary of the party committee (1964-1966), secretary of the party committee (1966-1967 ^[6] , 1975-1978 ^[7] ), was elected a member of the bureau of the Dzerzhinsky district committee, a candidate and member of the Perm regional party committee.

Since 1957 - a member of the society "Knowledge" . Five years (1964-1969) successfully led its historical-party section.

In 1963-1969 and 1977-1995, he was a member of the board and the presidium, and from February 1980 to March 1990, he was the chairman of the regional organization of the Znanie society , and from July 1982 to January 1991, he was a member of the board of the All-Union Znaniy society . In May 1990, was entered in the Book of Honor of the All-Union Society “Knowledge” .
