Biography
Born into a peasant family. Since 1943, he served in the Soviet Army. Member of World War II.
He graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Civil Engineering Institute .
In 1947 - 1951 - head of department, shop manager of the New Jerusalem Brick Plant in the Moscow Region.
In 1948 he joined the CPSU (b).
In 1951 - 1955 - shift foreman, shop manager at the Kudinovsky Ceramic Block Plant in the Moscow Region.
In 1955 - 1968 - Director of the Demurinsky Refractory Products Plant of the Dnipropetrovsk Region; Director of Krivoy Rog Silicate Brick Plant; Director of the Dnepropetrovsk plant of wall materials; Manager of the Dnepropetrovsk Building Materials Trust.
In 1968 - 1979 - head of the Main Directorate of the Building Materials Industry of the Ukrainian SSR Deputy Minister of the building materials industry of the Ukrainian SSR; Head of the Department of the State Planning Commission of the USSR .
November 23, 1979 - 1990 - Minister of the building materials industry of the Ukrainian SSR.
Since 1990 - Economic Advisor to the Ministry (then the State Corporation for the Construction Materials Industry of Ukraine.
