Biography

Pupil of the training group of Moscow CSKA. In 1959, he joined the backup team of the army along with Albert Shesternyov . Over the next three seasons, Sarygin was unable to break into the main team and was sent to Serpukhov for playing practice.

In 1963, Sarygin returned to CSKA , but spent only 6 matches in the Major League season. The next season, Vasily spent in the army club of Odessa where he was a solid base player. The team, led by the former player of the Air Force and CDSA Viktor Fedorov , at the end of the season became the champion and made his way to the top division of Soviet football.

In early 1965, Vasily Sarygin received 2 years in prison for active participation in a fight in one of Odessa's restaurants (in addition to him, other SKA players participated in it, but they escaped with a slight fright). Only in 1967 he again entered the field as part of the Odessa club.

In 1971 he completed his career as a player in the Lokomotiv team from Orenburg under the leadership of Vladlen Reshitko.
