Nikolai Sergeyevich Kalaychev ( December 16, 1956 , Kaluga ) - Soviet football player. The older brother of the USSR national team player Andrei Kalaychev ^[1] .

A pupil of Kaluga football. He was engaged in the training group of FC Lokomotiv (Kaluga). The first trainer is Yuri Arkadievich Kruglov ^[2] . In 1973 he made his debut in the first team.

In 1975 he moved to Moscow Lokomotiv, where the next year he became a solid player in the main squad (13 matches in the national championship 1976 (autumn) , 19 in 1977, 18 - 1978, 26 - 1979, 23 - 1980, then Lokomotiv ”Dropped out in the first league).

Nikolai Kalaychev ended his career as a player in 1985.
