Biography
Armenian.
Higher education. He graduated in 1945 from the Tbilisi Institute of Railway Engineers, majoring in bridge engineering .
In 1945-1951 - Head of the Technical Control Department of the Stalin Steel Plant of the Stalin Region.
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1948 .
In 1951-1953, he was the chief engineer of the Makeyevka Steel Plant of the Stalin Region. In 1953-1959 - chief engineer of the Zhdanovsky plant of metal structures of the Stalin region.
In 1959-1963 - chief engineer - deputy chief, head of the main department "Ukrglavstalkonstruktsiya" of the Ministry of Construction of the Ukrainian SSR.
In 1963-1965 - deputy, 1st deputy minister of installation and special construction works of the Ukrainian SSR.
In 1965-1979 - Minister of installation and special construction works of the Ukrainian SSR. For a fundamentally new solution for installing TV towers by the method of growing up, he received the title of inventor of the USSR [ specify ] .
