Biography
Alexander Ivanovich Afinogentov was born on January 7, 1957 [1] in the town of Borisoglebsk , Voronezh Region .
In 1979 he graduated from the Tambov Higher Military Aviation School of Pilots named after M. Raskova , a member of the CPSU , in 1994 he graduated from the command department of the Military Air Force Academy. Yu. A. Gagarin .
