Description
The station building and landing platforms are located near the Gulf of Finland, near Kronstadt Street . One side of the station goes to Privokzalnaya Square , the other - to the first platform, past which the second station passes and to which the first (dead-end) road is adjacent. There is a waiting room and ticket offices. In the immediate vicinity are bus stops of urban and suburban routes.
Three paths of the station are electrified (indicated in the diagram in red), there are 3 more non-electrified paths (indicated in blue).
Passengers disembarking St. Petersburg-Baltiysky -Oranienbaum I, as a rule, are carried out on the first platform (the train either arrives on the first route to a dead end, or after disembarking passengers should go to one of two dead ends located behind the crossing and a bridge over the Karast river ) trains going to Kalische or Krasnoflotsk (canceled since 2011) - to the second platform (the train in this case will transit the station via the third station track).
Passengers boarding trains to the Baltic Station are usually also carried out from the first platform, either to the train that is on the first track at a dead end, or to a transit train that arrived on the second track. In the evening and at night, the third way is often used to stop the train - in this case, all transit trains follow the second way and disembark at either the first platform, or the first and second simultaneously. In the morning after boarding the passengers from the second platform, the train goes to the Baltic Station .
